The product come from high-quality ceramic raw materials C-120 or C-130.  All type of raw materials only can be used after corresponding physical and chemical tests , and pass the related tests.  After that,  all raw material will be mixed in certain proportion , then the material will be ball milled, iron deducted, screened, squeezed, aged, vacuum slurry, molded, trimmed, dried, glazed, fired at 1280 degrees, then assembled with hardware, etc., .

That means the final products come out through a series of complex processing processes.

Thinking of the shape of the porcelain insulators , it can be categorized into: suspension insulators, line post insulators, pin-type insulators, station post insulators,  strain insulators, spool insulators etc.

The production process strictly follows the ISO9001 control process . Each product will be conducted routine electrical and mechanical strength tests before it can be packaged and shipped.
